Ken Busch

Mr. Busch has over two decades of experience developing real estate in the Bay Area.  He manages the development of a diverse set of for sale and rental residential developments from small lot detached homes to high density mixed use communities: overseeing feasibility, entitlements, financing, design, construction, marketing, and sell out/lease-up. Mr. Busch is committed to creating high quality developments that are great places to live while maintaining the character of the local neighborhood and community.

Mr. Busch is a Board member of the Boys and Girls Club of North San Mateo County.  He received a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from The George Washington University in Washington DC and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.  He is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of California.
