Camber’s VIP Preview Party
Camber welcomed guests to preview their latest restaurant and cocktail lounge (located at The Hangar in South San Francisco).
Attendees enjoyed the vibrant ambiance, handcrafted cocktails, and delicious bites.

Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center’s
Passion to Profit Conference
Aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners attended Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center’s Passion to Profit Conference, held at Cow Palace in Daly City.
The event featured Elmy Bermejo, Regional Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA), as the keynote speaker, followed by a fireside chat with business advisors from the San Mateo Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
Following the program, attendees visited the marketplace and Resource Fair, where they engaged with Monterra Credit Union, SBDC, and many other organizations. It was a great opportunity to discover valuable resources, connect with local businesses, and learn more about the support available to the community.

Skyline College’s Appreciation Reception
Skyline College's President's Council proudly hosted its Appreciation Reception to express gratitude to the generous donors who play a vital role in supporting the President’s Breakfast event at the Skyline College Art Gallery in San Bruno.
The reception featured an exhibition of student artwork and a beautiful performance by the talented Pepe Malani.

San Mateo County End of Year Green Business Mixer
Community leaders, program partners, and local business owners attended San Mateo County Green Business Program’s mixer in Broadway Grill in Burlingame.
It was an evening of celebration, networking, and honoring the achievements of Certified Green Businesses in the area.

San Mateo County Veterans Commission’s
9th Annual Veterans Recognition Luncheon
The San Mateo County Veterans Commission proudly hosted its 9th Annual Veterans Recognition Luncheon at the Westin San Francisco Airport in Millbrae. This notable event honors the contributions of veterans, volunteers, and local businesses to the community, while also spotlighting the resources and services available to veterans.
This year’s honorees include Bob Hoover for Veteran of the Year, Congresswoman Anna Eshoo for Patriot of the Year, and San Mateo Elks Lodge #1112 for Enterprise of the Year, and Hon. President Supervisor Warren Slocum for the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Leadership Council San Mateo County’s Emerging Leaders and Leadership CORPS’ Learning Day
SAMCEDA’s President and CEO, Rosanne, served as one of the speakers at Leadership Council San Mateo County’s Learning Day events for the Emerging Leaders and Leadership CORPS programs. She delivered a presentation on the history and purpose of SAMCEDA through connections, collaborations, and convenings.

Genentech’s Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Genentech proudly debuted their newest state-of-the-art laboratory building in South San Francisco.
Designed by scientists for scientists, this LEED- and Fitwel-certified space will accommodate over 250 research staff, providing dynamic and collaborative laboratory environments to drive future scientific advancements.

Holiday Night Market
The Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center's Holiday Night Market provided a perfect opportunity for the community to kick off their holiday shopping while supporting local small businesses.
Hosted at the CZI Community Space in Redwood City, this festive event brought together a variety of unique and handcrafted items. It allowed local entrepreneurs to connect with the community and showcase their products in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
[ Every guest received a Renaissance shopping bag, offering a
convenient and eco-friendly way to explore and shop ]
[ The marketplace offered a delightful variety of goods, ensuring there was something special for everyone to discover ]
[ Budding entrepreneurs Maya and Mateo eagerly assisted their mom, Claudia, the proud owner of Chula SF, by engaging with shoppers and offering their help with personalized recommendations for the shoppers’ holiday needs ]
[ The marketplace featured a blend of unique items such as: Chula SF’s stuffed lion and Princess Jasmine pen, HumbleBites' Lily Pops (barbecue-flavored water lily seed popped snacks), LOOP Home & Gifts' orange pouch, and Possible Dream Company's vintage Batman comic book, PAN AFRICAN City Alive's bucket hat, and more ]
