Dr. Rita Ohaya

Dr. Ohaya is a social and contract equity subject matter expert. She has dedicated her career to implementing initiatives to successfully equip disadvantaged businesses and communities with strategies to compete in the marketplace and offer a level playing field for engagement and employment. She supports economic sustainability for diverse communities through access to capital and opportunities, training, development, compliance, and community engagement. Through her work and leadership with several corporations and public entities, Dr. Ohaya has instituted training courses and technical workshops that introduce workforces and businesses to all facets of operating in several sectors, including transportation and aviation.
