Carol Donnelly

Carol is responsible for marketing and leasing our San Francisco, San Francisco Peninsula, and Silicon Valley assets. Actively involved in the end-to-end leasing process, Carol attends tours, maintains strong broker and tenant relations, performs financial analysis, negotiates lease terms, and evaluates tenant improvements. She also provides valuable leasing market insight that informs our acquisition and disposition activities.

Carol has over 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining ECP in 2008, Carol served as a managing director of leasing for Equity Office Properties where she was responsible for leasing a four million square foot portfolio of Class A office space in the San Francisco Bay Area. Carol is a graduate of San Francisco State University.
